There are not many ways to legally download ds games because in our world today, technology has made it very easy to duplicate and plagiarize games. There are copyright issues to face if you get caught playing illegal ds games so make sure you know how to find the legal ones.

The problem is, this isn’t exactly legal.  Which begs the question, why doesn’t Nintendo provide a legal way to download DS games?Nintendo already created the Wii Shop Channel for buying and downloading games on the Wii, and they could do the same thing for the DS.

If you want to legally download ds games, make sure to get your games from reliable and authorized websites that has been approved to distrubute the games you want to download.
