Timex has been known for making watches for a really long time. They are probably even more famous for making the first ever ironman triathlon watch that came out a couple of decades ago. There have been a lot of other companies that have tried to reach the pinnacle that Timex has set but few measure up to the functionality, the style and the price. Timex was the first company to break into this market and they are still leading the pack. It looks like the basic design that they came up with so many years ago just can’t be beat.
