When we decided that we wanted to do our will we wanted to do it in a way that would cause the least amount of work or our children when that time came to distribute what we had left over.  It seemed only natural that the person we would want to help us with this would be a person experienced in the probate process so we hired a Florida probate attorney.  We feel comfortable that he was able to do a good job and that our estate will be easily dealt with when the time comes.  Unfortunately,  we will never know that for sure.
