My family had just moved out to a new town. The summers were a lot warmer and my kids had convinced us that we needed to get a pool. We went pool shopping and found a 4 foot pool that was big enough for them to swim in with their friends. We didn’t realize that we needed to have a pool fence NJ. We received a notice from the town stating it was the state law to have a fence around the pool or we had to take the pool down. We immediately went out and bought a short privacy fence that met the standard regulations.
