If you want to know how to lose weight and keep it off, then you need to be willing to accept the fact that dieting and losing weight are not as difficult as people make them seem. Losing weight can be as simple as just eating less calories than you need every day, then your body uses up some of its fat reserves instead to power you through the day. I think we are getting more and more confused, and believe things are far more complicated than they should be, because of all the new diets trying to grab our attention with promises that their complicated methods are the only way to really lose weight. Stick to the basics and you’ll be a lot more likely to succeed.
