All of these foods are great for detoxification because they help get the liver enzymes working properly. This is extremely important because the liver is responsible for getting rid of the toxins in your system. By allowing it to work at peak efficiency, the toxins in your body will be eliminate much more quickly. Make sure that you consume plenty of these foods in your diet!
