3 Great Ab Exercises

If you want to get six pack abs incorporate more of these exercises into your workouts.
1) Reverse Crunches - You do these by laying on the floor with your legs up in the air and your knees bent at 90 degrees. Then bring your knees back to your chest and then back to the starting position.
2) Hanging Knee Raises - Do these by hanging from a pull up bar with your body straight. Then bring your knees to your chest and back down. These are great to help you get good abs.
3) Swiss Ball Sit Ups - These are just crunches done on an exercise ball. These are better than doing crunches on the floor because you get more range and they do not strain your neck.
