The horse racing photos my tenants hung up

September 1st, 2009 by admin

Last month I had to fly to Virginia City Montana to check up on the house I bought three years before. My father usually takes care of the house, finding tenants, but he had a stroke recently and was unable to do this anymore. When I arrived at the house I was pleased to see that the tenants have been keeping the property up very nicely. When I got there they invited me in to discuss renewing the lease. I like how they decorated their house. They had a lot of horse racing photos hung up on the walls of their living room.

You Have to Have Snowboard Bags

August 26th, 2009 by admin

I like challenges.  Anything from mountain biking to snowboarding gives me a rush like no other.  When I am snowboarding, I like to stay safe and protected.  I load up my helmets, pads, and everything I own into my Snowboard Bags and hit the slopes.  There is nothing like taking on a black diamond in February.  It gets the adrenaline flowing like you wouldn’t believe.  I wouldn’t be able to do it without all of my gear.  It gives me the confidence to take on the mountain and survive.  I love it and I will do it for the rest of my life.

Hunting Tips | Control Your Scent

August 12th, 2009 by admin

One of the best ways that I know of to get close to a big mature buck when deer hunting is to be downwind of him. This way the wind carries your scent away from the animal and you can get closer to him than you might think so you can get a shot. I know that when you are not downwind you better have a good scent control plan to help you or you might as well give up. Deer can smell very well and they rely on their sense of smell for survival, it is also how they communicate with other deer in the woods. It is more important to them than sound and sight. Research some good scent control hunting tips to help you get close to a mature whitetail buck this hunting season. Showering, washing hunting clothes, where you dress, what you wear, and cover scent are all very important. You need every advantage that you can get when deer hunting. Deer are extremely elusive creatures and most times you will not even see a mature buck that has picked up your scent, he will sneak off without you even knowing he was there. Control your scent and follow these hunting tips and you will increase your chances of landing a good buck this season.

Boxing Gloves Galore

August 11th, 2009 by admin

I would have never dreamed in a million years that there are so many different types of boxing gloves that are used for different things.  I did not know that there are different types of boxing.  I did not know that there is a professional sport called kick boxing, which requires a special type of glove.  There are gloves for children, women, and the big time boxing matches, with varying weights.  I would guess that if one wanted to go into the business of selling boxing supplies they could do fairly well, especially in towns where boxing is very popular.  If one has someone that could do a good web design, the sky is the limit to selling the supplies, and I say good luck to them.

Plyometrics are unique exercises and should have their own unique plyometric workout routine. Here you will learn some of how to design your own plyometric workout routine. Plyometrics are all about improving reactive strength, so you want to do exercises that require you to shift the movement of a heavy load like your bodyweight quickly. Doing this allows you to focus on each repetition at the end and helps you be able to use your full power.
