My business partner and I have an issue that we just can’t come to an agreement about. She is interested in IT outsourcing. I have no desire to close our IT department and outsource those functions to another company. She feels that we can save a lot of money because we would no longer have to pay the salaries of the employees in that department and we can allocate their space to another department. I am going to think about it.
