One of the benefits of living in my neighborhood is that we are able to have the use of the community clubhouse that is owned and operated by our Homeowners Association. There is a large room designated for business that we use for our meetings, and it has plenty of business conference furniture that we can use also. At our last meeting we discussed the possibility of allowing some private groups the occasional use of our facility, provided they leave the room as it was when they entered. A local business owners group is now interested in renting it out to conduct their monthly meeting.
