Some Immediate Changes In Habit And Environment Should Help

I need to read more about how to stay alert during the day. I spend long hours online and by the end of the day I am pretty exhausted. I don’t think it is any one thing that is causing the fatigue. I am starting to look at all of my daily habits and improve them one by one. My office chair is going to be the first thing to go when I redo my office. That chair probably has a lot to do with my un-productivity during the day lately. I am also going to remember to get up and stretch several times a day. I think with some tweaks in my high sugar diet and caffeine habits couple with a nice new chair, I will start feeling better soon.
