So I heard the other day that I could have gotten my real estate license a whole lot earlier than I did. I got my real estate license when I was just out of college, and looking to start a career with the business degree that I had gotten. But then I found out that in my state, I could have gotten my real estate license five years ago, and already been doing some deals and making some money. I could have already had a customer base and gone to classes in my free time to make my business better. I guess if I had to do it all over again, I would get my real estate license early and go ahead and get started with my own business.
