Cairo is a city that I feel is very historical and there are a lot of sights to see.  My friend Tammy went there a few weeks ago and was able to book one of the Cairo Five Star Hotels to stay at.  She said that Egypt is almost magical to her because of the pyramids and the pharaohs.  She was able to travel extensively and see all of the great sites in the area.  She also spent a lot of time at the hotel because it had some wonderful restaurants on-site and some great amenities like a water park.  It was a great trip and one that she will remember fondly.
