The Signs of Aging and a Proper Diet

Studies show that the signs of aging are attributed to one’s diet. Because many foods have antioxidants in them, they neutralize free radical attacks that are shown to play a central role in the aging process. Regular intake of foods containing antioxidants, such as vitamin E, vitamin C, and vitamin A stamp out free radicals before they create propagating damage to our cells, especially among the cells in skin. And since damaged cells create equally damaged cells, the damage to skin cells adds up significantly over time. Before long, damaged cells, create equally damaged proteins among the skin, resulting in significant changes to youthfull properties in skin.
