You need to alter your diet so you can develop lean muscle. Try eating foods that are high in protein to improve your lean muscle and improve your strength.  For the body builders who are enhacing their muscle strength they need a more higher amount of protein compared to the average persons who just do jogging as theier regular exercise.  Strive on your very best to obtain 1.4 or 2 grams of protein per kilo gram of body weight. You can try lean beef, because it has very little fat and it contains less amounts of good fat. Be sure to drink plenty of water to avoid constipation.
