My mother began seeing a chiropractor when I was about 8 years old.  I remember going with her to her appointments.  I grew up watching her get adjustments, but for some reason she never thought about letting me see the chiropractor.  I look back and find it quite strange as I suffered many years with very painful menstrual cycles.  I experienced migraines throughout my teen years and even suffered more than my share of sports injuries.  Now that I am an adult I have been seeing a Waterford chiropractor for a few months and now that I have seen dramatic improvement in my cycles, less headaches and my knees don’t ache, I will not allow my children to wait until adulthood to seek chiropractic treatment.
