A Beginner Workout For Real Weight Loss

As a woman I never thought the muscle building beginner workouts would apply to me. I’m just a normal, stay at home mom, with three kids.  After I had my set of twins, it was really hard for me to get my shape back. I tried all kinds of diets, but honestly I was too hungry to stick with them for long. That’s what a friend of mine suggested weight training. All my life I’d stayed away from weight training because I didn’t want to look like a bodybuilder, but I was surprised that weight training could help me lose weight quickly and fit into my clothes better.
