My sister lives in Los Angeles California and was in a car accident.  She is suffering from back pain and some cuts on her face.  She was texting while driving and ran a stop light and hit a construction crew’s truck.  Everyone in the truck was fine.  She is asking me if she needs to get a car accident lawyer los angeles or just let her insurance handle the issue.   I told her it might not be a bad idea to at least talk to a lawyer.  I told her to talk to one that has a free consultation and find out if she needs any legal protection.
