Can a Creditor Objects the Bankruptcy Debt Management?

July 15th, 2010 by admin

As far as the creditor’s approval or objection about bankruptcy debt management process is concerned it is possible for him to object the inclusion, repayment or cancellation of any specific debt. According to court law whether bankruptcy is filed under chapter 7 or filed under chapter 13 creditors are given almost two months to think over the issue and file their objection regarding any specific debt. In case of any objection that specific debt is suspended and debt management process is kept running in the same flow. And for that specific debt trial is considered necessary to resolve the issue legally.
